How do I start a brewery in Delaware?!

Question:

How do I start a brewery in Delaware?

I'm interested in brewing and serving beer on site at first, then selling bottled beer, growlers and kegs as we grow.

Answers:
First, for Michael, federal law allows an adult to produce 100 gallons each of wine and beer, or 200 gallons each if there are 2 or more adults living in the household. It CANNOT be sold, nor legally exchanged for anything. However, it can be used as personal gifts to others. I don't know the Code number, but that's how the law reads...

As to starting a brewery in DE, I'd recommend contacting the DE State alcohol control commission. You'll have to follow their laws, as well as Federal tax laws, and possibly other laws concerning pollution control and disbursement of large amounts of spent grains, etc in land fills. There's a LOT to setting up a brewery anywhere, and a LOTof money required and hoops to jump through!
