Answers:
I would say absolutely not, unless he can give you authentic blood test results from 3 minutes prior to taking a swig.

freakin' common sense

Sure, if youlike bum spit but hey if your desperate go for it . You derserve a Mr.Yuck sticker

it depends. if he backwashed, ur screwed

no, and why would you want to?

nothing wrong with it, just make sure you pour some out for your homies.

oh and why would you want to in the first place???

One of the greatest guitarists in the world, Robert Johnson, died when he drank from an opened bottle of wine handed to him. It seems one of the women he had been seeing was married, so this man slyly poisoned him by handing him some alcohol at a bar.

The moral is, don't drink from an opened bottle. If it's closed, drink it. Whether or not it's a hobo's liquor, as long as he offers it to you, go for it if the lid is on.

There; I bet you weren't looking for a serious answer, but here's one.

People drink drano and antifreeze too, doesn't mean it's safe.

If your father offers you a drink, you should have some.

Nah, its probably his piss.

I am not sure if "hobo" is politically correct. I believe the terminology should be "unemployed street engineer". And yes, you are a chump if you share a drink with someone who has not bathed in 3 weeks. Take some Cipro and don't do it again.

You might get Hep C if you do that. But I guess the alcohol would probably kill the germs on the bottle, so I guess you would be ok. However, I would probably just shell out the money for my own liquor.

WHYYYY would you do THAT?

try it and let us all know

I would avoid it if possible.
