peach schnapps vodka and a squeeze of lime juice in cranberry makes a popular cocktail called a woo woo. In the bar i work for its 25ml of vodka, a 1/4 peach schnapps a dash of lime cordial and cranberry juice in a tall glass finished with a wedge of fresh lime. Its something diff rent from just vodka and cranberry. :)

Usually vodka, but to make more of a punch, add the bottle of 1/2 bottle of cranberry, 1/2 carton of orange use and i bottle of champagne. MMM delicious.
Try adding Peach Schnappes and orange juice. It's delicious and not too strong for what I assume will be an afternoon babyshower. If you feel like you need an extra kick, add some vodka as well.
Vodka - but it's not a good idea to serve alcohol at a baby shower.

Grey Goose Vodka, a splash of sprite and a twist of lime with your cranberry is the best drink ever! That is if the preggers lady isn't drinking it ;)

I use orange flavored vodka such as Absolut or Schmirnoff. Add some sprite (or plain soda water of you don't want it to sweet).

Absolut makes a ruby red grapefruit flavored vodka! It is delicious with cranberry!! I would just add sparkling water. Lime slices would be a nice float.
