Why pay $100.00 for a bottle of Wine?!

Question:

Why pay $100.00 for a bottle of Wine?

I'd rather buy Boones for $2.99 a bottle tatse just as good and I save a loot of money.

Answers:
If you want to spend all night having incredible sex with a knockout woman, a $100 bottle of wine always works. The women you can get for $2.99, well....

because you can...

You obviously have not one iota of refinery within you. You buy the good expensive wine for special occasions. I buy Italian wine because I refuse to support the French.

... to be stupid and waste your money.

Rare

if it gets you twisted to a new degree yes.

cause you want to be good looking to when people saw you they think your classy hotpocket generous and rich attitude huh''

because there just better.

It's wonderful you've identified and embraced your own favourite "vin ordinaire." I'm sure the Boones' folks truly appreciate your devoted patronage, if not your pedestrian palette. As well the rest of us (who can appreciate the difference between Boones' and a Grand Cru), are rejoicing at the thought you won't be wasting time or energy attempting to broaden your tastes by sampling finer vintages, driving up costs, and reducing world supplies, just to end up pissed and passed-out on the floor of a truck stop mens' room, clutching an empty magnum of Chateau Margaux. Also, when you sober up, try working on your spelling skills! Bottoms up.

Why? Most people claim there is a difference. Since I drink to get drunk, I care less about taste and more about potency. For me to pay $100 for a bottle of wine::

A) I better be sharing it with a girl that is worth the waste of money..
B) I better be able to sell it for more than I paid. (I kind of have that eBayish attitude towards lots of things)
C) I better have just won the lottery

I would pay $100.00 for a bottle of wine because I can't afford the $1,000.00 bottles.

Because a wine that costs that much is meant for a special occasion. A $2.99 bottle of Boone's is meant to be drank right away and its purpose is to get you drunk. However, a $100 bottle of Cabernet, or a French Bordeaux can age for a few years a be delicious when opened. To that point, anybody that doesn't support French wines is an ignorant sucker.

If Boones tastes just as good to you, then continue. You must have an unusual life.

because you just don't want to spend money .don't give reason
