Drinking alcohol?!

Question:

Drinking alcohol?

When I party, I usually only drink liquor like Bicardi, but I drank beer instead because there was no liquor this time. I drank about 5 beers through drinking games, switching between lite beers and regular ones. Then I just fell asleep and didn't remember anything. When I woke up the next day, I threw up 3 times, then went out to eat, only drank water, and threw up again but I was throwing up water. I felt terrible and then went home and slept for 6 hours. Is something wrong with me? When I drink liquor I drink a lot, like this one time I did about 6 small shots of Bacardi 151, but I never woke up feeling this way. Any suggestions on what to do or eat, etc?

nasty hang over, Time is the answer

You may have been drugged and this is the adverse reaction to those drugs. Is everything else OK?

I'm the same way with beer. I can drink whiskey all night long and feel ok the next morning..but beer..I can actually get a headache before bed. sAme way here..I don't think theres anything wrong with you. Stick to the Bacardi.

Don't worry you just had a hangover

I cant' judge you like the others will for drinking too much. I'll just say,it is common knowledge, don't ever mix hard liquor with beer or wine!!! EVER!!!

Time will heal.....Heres Question....You passed out and no one shaved your head or took advantage of you......????
Lucky you

If you are drinking anything, beer or hard booze and have periods where you remember nothing, you are asking for serious trouble. Unless you have no problem with people doing anything they want with you during this black out period, I would drink less and be aware of what is happening around you. Doing this often is what defines a person as a problem drinker. Hangovers are not fun, if that is the only problem you have had so far, you are very lucky.

Sounds like you had a blackout & really shouldn't drink that much, because you could get alcohol poisoning. 5 beers gave you a hangover. All you can do is sleep & rehydrate yourself. In the future take it easy & please always have a designated driver !!!! Take care,,,,,Aloha.......

Ok, very simple actually; boil a cup of water; after that, put two spoon of salt (or one) into boiled water, still it. drink it up, that should do that trick..

Someone slipped you a Ruthie. Hopefully you are disease free and not knocked up. You could also be allergic to the grains used to make beer, but that would only explain the hangover, not the blackout!

are you sure somebody didn't spike your drink with something. I can't recall ever seeing a drunk convulsing before they pass out.

It was a nasty hangover, probably with minor alcohol poisoning. There could be more to it, depending on the crowd you hang out with. I had a friend whom I had to take care of that went through something similar, but without the blackout and memory lapse. If you can't hold water down for 12 hours, I advise you go to the hospital and get an IV since severe dehydration is very serious. Some final advice, mix up your drinking with non-alcoholic drinks. Pop will get some of the rotgut out of your stomach, and water will keep you hydrated.
