Good champagne cocktails?!

Question:

Good champagne cocktails?

I had a nice one with Moet Nectar and lime over ice. Looking for more refreshing ideas.

Answers:
Mmmm.... I know some good ones. Here's my favorite.

"Arctic Kiss"

2 oz. Vodka (Findlandia)
3 oz. Champagne

Chill vodka in ice if it's not already in your freezer. Pour into pre-chilled champagne flute, fill with champagne.

"Black Velvet"

1 oz. Guinness
3 oz. Champagne

Pour Guinness carefully into prechilled champagne flute. Add champagne slowly. Garnish with a lemon twist.

"Champagne Cobbler"

1/4 oz. Lemon juice
1/4 oz. Curacao
Champagne to fill

Pour fresh lemon juice and Curacao into tumbler two thirds filled with cracked ice. Top with champagne and stir gently. Garnish with a slice of orange.

"French 75 Cocktail"

1/4 oz. Gin
1/4 oz. Cointreau
1/4 oz. Lemon juice
5 oz. Champagne

Shake gin, Cointreau, and lemon juice with cracked ice. Strain into chilled champagne flute. Top with champagne.

"Good Night Kiss"

1 cube sugar
1 dash of Angostura bitters
4 oz. Champagne
1 splash of Campari

Put sugar cube with one drop of bitters in flute. Add champagne and splash of Campari.

Past job experience.

Mimosa... Champagne and Orange Juice...

add it to chocolate port; or try adding cranberry juice or pomegrante juice to a mimosa

Champagne and Cassis - a Kir Royale!!! YUMMY!

And like Curious said, to cranberry juice, the drink is called a Hibiscus.

buy a can of frozen juice and mix it with champagne

Very sweet drink but very good. . . you could also do it with half the can for less sweetness, or just add two bottle of champagne. . .either way its yummy!!!

Mimosa. Muddle some mint into it. Yup, great in hot weather!

Bellini. Some peach juice and peach liquer slush with champagne poured over. Tasty.

A Bellini is actually made with proseco, which is an Italian sparkling wine. It is rather delicious.
