Ever try hard cider?

Take a gallon of apple juice, remove 1 1/2 cups of juice and add 1 1/2 cups of sugar. Shake to dissolve. Add some yeast (please, go to the homebrew store, don't use bread yeast -$1) and attach an airlock (also from the homebrew store - $2). Wait 1-2 weeks for the fermentation to finish and the must (fermenting juice) to clear up. It's ready this way or can be carbonated like the stuff from the grocery store if you want by adding a couple Tbs. sugar and putting it in beer bottles (with caps from the homebrew shop $1), then waiting 1 more week.

mr. beer!!!!!!!!!!!!

Find a homebrew store and get a wine making starter kit. Wine is less work than beer becasue you don't need to wash tons of bottles or prime them. And the alcohol content of wine is higher than your adverage beer.

Wine is the highest alcohol content beverage that you can make at home. Spirits (vodka, whiskey, etc.) are the highest alcohol beverages, but you can't make those at home because they require distillation. Home distillation is illegal, and also very complicated.

The cider recipe another answerer mentioned is the quickest and easiest. Some wine can be pretty easy to make, too, and like I said will be higher alcohol, but it takes longer and is slightly more complicated.

Cherry Bounce-

Take a quart of vodka
quart of cherries and put the two together
2 cups of sugar

Mix and keep covered for 30 days shake or mix every couple of days, keep in a dark place.
after 30 days, strain eat the cherries and you;ll get hammered.
Drink the liquid and you'll even get more hammered.

If you haven't already, check out Jack Keller's website for wine making. He has everything from simple Welch's grape juice concentrate recipes to really complex all grape recipes. Not to mention a lot of information on how to properly make wine.

Edit: Also while making wine takes less work than making beer, beer is ready to drink quicker, and easier to make good. A simple extract beer kit from a brew shop is also a good route to go.
