What's your favourite cocktail?!

Question:

What's your favourite cocktail?

I'm having a cocktail party and want to know what people like so I can buy the ingredients.

Answers:
mojitos!

1 teaspoon powdered sugar
Juice from 1 lime (2 ounces)
4 mint leaves
1 sprig of mint
Havana Club white Rum (2 ounces)
2 ounces club soda
Place the mint leaves into a long mojito glass (often called a "collins" glass) and squeeze the juice from a cut lime over it. You'll want about two ounces of lime juice, so it may not require all of the juice from a single lime. Add the powdered sugar, then gently smash the mint into the lime juice and sugar with a muddler. Add ice (preferably crushed) then add the rum and stir, and top off with the club soda. Garnish with a mint sprig.

Vodca Martini..

I love a good Rat Bastard. It is Tatoo rum with Lemoneade.

Oooh, a Margarita all the way. Really easy to make too.

1 1/2 oz tequila
1/2 oz triple sec
1 oz lime juice
salt

Rum the rim of a cocktail glass with lime juice, and dip in salt. Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into the glass, and serve.

In the Virgin Islands they make a blended drink called a Baileys Banana Colada. It's delicious.

Baileys, rum, coconut cream, banana, pineapple juice and ice all blended together.

Cajun Martini is my favorite. It's made with pepper vodka and dry vermouth.

But another good one is a margarita. Most people love margaritas.

Here's how you make it:
1 oz Gold Tequila
.5 oz Silver Tequila
.5 oz Triple Sec
.5 oz Orange Curacao
.5 oz Rose’s Lime juice
2 Lime Wedges

Rim margarita glass with salt. Combine ingredients in a shaker filled with ice. Squeeze limes and add to tin. Shake vigorously and pour into a margarita glass. Here’s a tip: Rub the outside rim of the margarita glass with juice from a squeezed lime wedge, salt only the rim of the glass.
