How many grapes are used to make a bottle of wine?!

Question:

How many grapes are used to make a bottle of wine?

Answers:
1 ton (2,000 lbs) of grapes makes approximately 150 gallons of wine. 150 gallons of wine is approximately 768 bottles, so if there are 768 bottles in 2,000 lbs of grapes then there are 2.6 lbs of grapes in one bottle.

600

I can depend on size (good crop or bad)

It depends on the grape variety used, different varietals have different sized berries and some grape berries are larger than others within an individual bunch. As a rough guide you can figure on one kilo of grapes producing one bottle of wine, but this is also dependent upon type of extraction and wine making practices etc.
