Would you drink an ethyl alcohol following distillation? Why or Why not?!

Question:

Would you drink an ethyl alcohol following distillation? Why or Why not?

Answers:
if you're talking about moonshine, yes, if i trusted the person who made it. my grandpa distilled wine and mash for years using the same method, and that I would drink. but some guy on the street selling moonshine, no.

Hi,

all depends on how good the distiller guy was. Normally, you are suppose to get rid of the first liquid you get in distillation, since it's not "good alcohol", it's the one that can blind/kill you in great amounts and that tastes bad. If the distillation process was good (even better if there was a couple of runs of distillation) I would drink it ;)

Ciao
