What ingredients are put into bottled wine?!

Question:

What ingredients are put into bottled wine?

Wine has no ingredient label; what ingredients are there in bottled wine; are they harmful- isn't this against fda rules?

Answers:
Alcoholic beverages are exempt from the food labeling guidelines that the rest of the food and beverage industry is subjected to. Chalk that up to the vast resources ($$$) at their disposal.
Some of what each of the previous posters has said is true other parts are not. Water would never be added to wine; winemakers strive to concentrate flavors not dilute them. Yeast and sugar can both be added and are added quite regularly to wine though very little of either is left in the bottle.
Yeast will eat the sugar and give off alcohol as a bi-product. As the alcohol level approaches 13-15%, the level of alcohol becomes toxic for the yeast and it dies. Sulfites are a naturally occurring preservative and another bi-product of the wine making process although it can be an added ingredient as well. And yes alcohol can also be added as in the case of fortified wines.
Hope this helps

first alchol, water, sugar, and many other ingredients,

should that be written on the bottle?

Generally, nothing is added to wine. It's just grape juice that is fermented in a very specific way.

In some cases, as in fortified wine, an alcohol is added; port for example.

If there is something added to the wine, the label usually says so. Otherwise, it's just wine. A box of strawberries doesn't say "Ingredients: strawberries" Same with wine.

some wine adds up chemical like sulfites as a preservatives.
