What would you do to get customers back in your pub?!
hi i work in the kitchen at the aston hotel there are new owners but the pub is empty and im not selling any food what can i do with out making a loss and ii dont want to lose my job i also need ideas on what should i put on the menu the pub hasnt been the same since the aston villa have brought it and the old manager has left because when the old manager was there i used to make a least 400 a week on food but im lucky to make a ￡10 a weekWww@FoodAQ@Com

Create some simple fancies, it depends on how, or some unique sales points!. Try to think of something practical!. Customers wanted to be treated with hospitality anywhere!. Some service with warmness of receiving and serving customers!. To check the value price of the sales too is important, not too expensive is better!. It can also be better to improve the menu in practical ways!. Like a specialty for the season (create it whether drinks or appetizers)!. Then make sure that it will really taste good!. It's quite a bunch of effort, But you may see how customers will respond on that, then try to take some short surveys!. So the idea will pop out!. What is lacking or what is it that you should maintain!. Ask a lot of opinions around you and organize the relevant useful ones!. If possible try to be aware of the inconveniences made to unsatisfied customers too!. (even the previous ones)
Put some more life in the place and voices outside or other ways for commercials!.

A friend of mine was telling me that in the pub she often frequents, there was a bit of an interesting incident - it's a completely normal bar with pool tables, one day a guy came up to them and said that to prepare themselves as these 2 girls were about to 'gum' each other!. Then, all the lights went off and a spotlight appeared above a pool table, eluminating these 2 naked girls going for it on the pool table!.!.! Then the lights went off and they ran butt naked to the toilets!.

People that drink are always looking for the best price in town, it's one of the few constants in the universe!. With that said though I wouldn't push quality aside, simply offer up enough to entice people in!. A good happy hour/lunch special will wrangle some repeat customers for both food and drink!.
As for what to put on the menu, that could be pretty much anything!. As long as you've got some decent appetizers and a couple of quick entrees I wouldn't stress it too much for the time being!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Maybe the food is crap!.!.!.maybe you need to spruce up the menu with something different!.!.!.!.maybe the place needs a makeover!.!.!.its something u may have to talk to boss about!.!.!.have u seen a tv show called Ramsay's kitchen nightmares!? he visits struggling pub, restaurants and helps then fix the menu and stuff to help bring back the customers!.!.!.

what kind of pub is it!? Is it a place for a family to have a nice dinner together!. A popular pub meal is chicken schnitzel & chips, I also enjoy a pub with a salad bar which includes self serve hot food too like roast and steamed vegetables and dinner rolls!. A specials board always attracts!. Steak, fish & chips, seafood basket, mixed grill, chicken kiev, Roast, all of these are popular menu items!. I'd first find out why they have deserted you, have you got a bad reputation for quality of food, service, cleanliness, have you upset someone, has the new manager got an attitude, does the new management want to keep providing food, the list is almost endless and until you get to the bottom of it there is very little you can do!.
