it helps to have regulars you can experiment with!. i've always had a good core of regulars who are pretty open to trying whatever new concoction i come up with!. you'll find a lot of people are willing to experiment with drinks, especially shooters, after they have a couple!. try suggesting something next time someone orders a round of shots!. make sure you try whatever you make so you can know what it tastes like and what, if any, improvements should be made!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
