can a party store, etc. legally deliver beer or alcohol for sale (like ordering pizza) in any of the states? i heard its legal in new hampshire, was wondering if anyone had any details

I would think it would be legal most anywhere. Why not? If it is it is a stupid law, why drive to get beer when someone can deliver it to you when you are smashed? It would be cool if you could get liquer..... but thats highley unlikely. Carry Jack and Vodka. Order wings and beer on gameday
I'd have to imagine that if a catering company can deliver, a party store can, but admittedly, I have no knowledge of the specific laws.
