Drink... vodka + water + lemon + sugar?
How much lemon do I use? and how much of the other ingredients? does this drink have a name? I've tried it and it tastes good, but the second time I made it I put too much lemon, and I cant remember how much I used the first time I made it

i make my lemon drop shot ... in a shaker put ice, add Absolut citron vodka, triple sec, fresh squeeze of lemon/lime. Shake until bubbly. Get a shot glass rimmed it with sugar. pour the content, once shaken. Cheers!
It is called a Lemon Drop. I was not aware of the water in it though...I would just take a lemon wedge on the side like you would for a shot of Tequila...put a shot of Vodka in a glass with a spoon of sugar in the bottom of the glass or sugar the rim of the glass. (I prefer the sugar in the bottom of the glass...). If you must use lemon juice, only use a small squeeze of it...Good luck to ya! :)
