How long should i let a malbec open for??!

Question:

How long should i let a malbec open for??

Answers:
I've found that malbecs do indeed need to breathe a bit more before serving. Usually at least an hour. I do wine tastings and our fine wines expert has mentioned several times that malbecs need to breathe longer than a cab or a merlot.

what is a malbec?

Malbec is another grape varietal found from south american wine, argentine wine. As like other wine... once openned its intended for drink consumption. Wine last usually 3 days, put it into chiller to preserve the taste.

resist the temptation to "let your wine breathe" it can do all its breathing in the glass. the key to flavor in red wine is cleanliness and temperature, wipe out your glasses with white vinegar and rinse them thoroughly first, then serve it around 64-66 degrees F. at this temp it will be as good as it can be. the rest is up to the wine and the wine maker
