Well you must have heard of Dry Martini and Dry White wine surely! It comes from the same place, a dry desert like the Sahara or suchlike!. When any liquid evaporates there it becomes dry liquid!. Therefore it's a veritable goldmine for companies that produce Dry Ice, Dry Martini Dry White etc!.
