The craziest thing just happened to me.?!
i'm drinking beers and i just put a sam adams in the freezer for less then an hour and it was not frozen but i just opened it and when i poured it into the glass it froze right in front of me!. i've had a good amount of beer but not that much and i know it really happened!. how did it happen!. i know i'm not seeing thingsWww@FoodAQ@Com

Releasing the pressure in the bottle allowed the beer to freeze up!. When you release compressed gasses like C02, which gives beer the bubbles they get colder!. I've seen it happen too!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Ahhhhhhh!. Sounds just right!. Apparently you haven't done this much!. Do the same with wine coolers and even wine to a degree!. Refreshingly perfect!. I wish mine was that way right now, but it's almost midnight and past time to hit the sack :-)Www@FoodAQ@Com

i know exactly what you mean!. the other day i put a two litre of soda in the freezer, when i took it out i assumed it was ok to open it because i could see the liquid, very much to my surprise it exploded in my face!. i'm alright thank God, but it scared me to death!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
