What is a way to enhance your hookah to make it cool exp. ( I use lights in the base)?!

Dry ice creates a cool smoky effect!.
Dry ice will not asphyxiate you unless you concentrate it and inhale it exclusively without oxygen!. That is not possible with your application because it mixes with the air as it evaporates!. I presumed you are smart enough to not fill your pipe with it!. That would serve no purpose at all and the intense cold could damage your pipe as well!.
Get a pan, line it with a towel, place a small stand slightly larger than your pipe's base and short enough to be very close to the ice in the center of the pan, fill the pan with dry ice, put a decorative cloth over the pan and stand!. Be sure it is thin and porous enough for the evaporating gas to pass through unimpeded!. Place your pipe on the stand and voila!. The gasses will evaporate around the pipe in about the same concentration as if you filled a drink cooler, which is nowhere near enough to cause harm to you or anyone else!. In fact your houseplants will love you for it!. If you darken the room and focus black lights you will see the gasses fluoresce with an outer world effect!. Another great benefit is, after the ice has evaporated, there is no mess to clean up because it evaporates completely, unlike melting water ice!.
You probably need to experiment to get it just the way you want it!. It takes a little effort but its just about guaranteed that you will have a one of a kind set up if you choose to do this!.
People have been using Co2 along with inert gasses such as liquefied nitrogen, argon and helium for special effects, industrial applications, medical applications and research for many more years than Mr!. Paranoid Stuie below has been alive!. These are all atmospheric gasses and they occur naturally in the air we breathe every day!. It's not like I'm suggesting that you huff insecticide!. The local supermarkets in my area carry dry ice for drink coolers!. You are more likely to freeze burn your fingers if you touch it directly!.
