My Sam Adams has glass shards in it! Can I contact them?!
Im sooo pissed off!. Its a hot night and i need cold beer, i just got back from the store which is now closed!. I know sam adams did a recall like 10 days ago, so i figured i'd be safe!. I saw the seasonal white ale so i had to pick it up since ive never had it!. Looking in the bottle i see crap in it! Doesn't look like dregs, and i thought sam adams never had dregs in it!
I go to the website, to find the code of my bottle isn't supposed to be affected by the recall!. BUT ITS GOT GLASS IN IT!. Im soo pissed off, i looked through their whole website and they have nowhere i can contact them for a refund of anything!. $15 of wasted beer and baad headache!
How do i contact them!? How can they not give me contact information!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you ever get beer that is 'damaged' then you just return it to the store, which is unfortunately closed in your case!. Most stores keep a collection of damaged goods, including beer, and eventually it is purchased back by the distributor!. Sam Adams itself wouldn't handle the return and reimbursement of a single 12 pack of beer!.
The white ale by definition should have some particulate matter in it but there's a large difference between yeasty swirls and shiny shards of glass!. If you put a beer in the right temperatures and conditions though some of the residual sugars may "flocculate" and form crystals which could appear to be glass!.
On another note, if a recall was issued you're pretty much not 'safe' until the stock has been completely rotated and in some cases that can take well over a month!. A single batch of a beer produced at that level can reach far and wide and last for quite some time!. In these situations it's best to simply avoid the beer for quite some time IMO!.
Anyways, you shouldn't be hassled too much returning the beer as long as you simply want to switch it out for something similar!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i would suggest you go to the store you bought the beer from tomorrow and alert them of what is going on with the beer!. I bet they can also give you a number to call to discuss what to do about your wasted money/beer!. sorry to hear about the beer man, good luck with sam adams!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
