I had ordered once from www.cigoutlet.net the cigs was from Russia,but too fu... cheap.You can order only one carton just too see which are the taxes and i think, if you don't wan't to pay you can not receive your order and they give you your money back.
I don't have any tax problem, but i live in Greece
