Answers:
Drinking less is usually the safest way to avoid a hangover, but it might be a good idea to stay away from drinks that have lots of sugar in them too!.
Staying hydrated is key, drink water between alcoholic drinks and don't use alcohol to relieve thirst!. If you feel thirsty, you're already getting dehydrated!.
I always drink a 600ml orange (cuz it won't stain your mouth) Gatorade before I go to sleep if I sense a hangover on the horizon too, the electrolytes and salt will help!.
There's piles of sugar in that too, but it can be the lesser of 2 evils!.
Vitamin C and antioxidants will help in the morning too, a kiwi fruit is the ultimate vehicle for vitamin C if you're in a rush!.
If none of this works, start drinking again!Www@FoodAQ@Com

have two maybe three drinks (something with tonic water) then drink a few glasses of water!. If you need to get tipsy to have a good time then you lack self esteem!. Needing alcohol is a clear sign of a weakness!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
