To answer your question, there are many ways to use them, NONE OF WHICH ARE GOOD!
Evidently, your not drinking age because if you were you wouldn't have asked such a stupid question.
You don't want to mess with this stuff. This is the same things vets for euthanasia. It's also used for short term anesthesia. But if used improperly, it could lead to your untimely demise, aka death. So why would you want to risk something like this with something so stupid as barbiturates? It's not worth anything to you to even try.
