What's your favorite bourbon / whiskey, and why?!

Question:

What's your favorite bourbon / whiskey, and why?

I prefer maker's mark, crown, and wild turkey 101.

Answers:
Ah, in my youth, Maker's Mark and Knob Creek were the best!

Now, I find myself enjoying some of the fine Irish whiskey's available. If you haven't soaked your nose in a nice beaker of Powers Irish, or snuffled a little Black Bush, or fondled a nice Redbreast Pot Still...

Dang! Now I'm thirsty!

Best wishes!

Srry -I am under age

Its nothing special I know, Ive tried them all and I prefer Jack and water.

My Father liked Old Log Cabin bourbon whiskey.
I do not drink, so I cannot tell you if it is still on the market or not.

Jim Bean.........cuz I cook with it. Other than that I am a vodka girl

i like black velvet. and jim beam. b/c they get me drunk fast.

only one will do...........Jack Daniels..............on the rocks!!! No hangovers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I also like crown and wild turkey 101 for mixing with cola. for sipping whiskey bushmills black bush , is a fine irish whiskey thats good just over chipped ice . and nothing beats some of that old fashioned homemade rye whiskey for just getting wasted

seagrams VO its smooth and its imported ,i am sorry but we americans can not make a good blend

Coke and hen or crown it dont matter

I am partial to Marker's Mark bourbon whisky as it offers the balance of great flavor at a reasonable price. I prefer it on the rocks.

On occasion, I like to switch it up with single-malt Scotch whiskys like Laphorig, Lagavulin and even Glenlivet.

Jack Daniels wih Coke please. (--,)

My favorite whiskey is FREE whiskey. It has agreat price. No regrets about the taste. Hell if aint free it aint for me!

I only drink my Whiskeys straight up with a coke back. I tend to prefer the 'Sour Mash' style.

My favorite so far has been Jack Daniels Single Barrel. Too bad it is $42 a bottle or I would buy it all the time... Of the base versions, I would say JD once again. Jim Beam brands tend to burn more going down. I did try "Rebel Yell" once and it seemed alright, I might try it again.

I have tried at least a dozen Irish and Canadian Whiskeys.. and must say I have yet to find one I like, and have found most of the Irish ones made me want to puke it right back up. I guess I don't have any Irish in me...

...

I bought a fifth of Old Weller today. 107 proof.

KY bourbon.

Made by the same company that makes

Rebel Yell(80 proof). The Old Weller is

a more premium KSBW, but five to eight

dollars a fifth less than good top shelf

whiskey. Tastes good neat.

Whiskey River is the best bourbon for
the money.
