Grand Traverse Select Riesling wine?!
I picked up this $8 bottle of Riesling from Walmart!. I've never had Riesling, usually drink a Moscato called Bricco Riella, that's really good and sweet!. Is this a good brand of Riesling!? I didn't want anything too cheap or too expensive!. If it isn't, are there any suggestion for purchasing Riseling in the future!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

I would buy Rieslings that come from Germany or South Africa and, in the future, stay away from both Walmart and wines that are from Michigan!. Rieslings are terrific with spicy foods, thai and indian especially! A good bottle from Germany should be $12!. These are not Burgundies or Brunellos and you do not need to spend $$$!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Riesling is the king of wines in Alsace (France) and is consumed in Germany!. a very good wine, a patio wine as it can be had on it's own, an excellent apéritif!.
