why is it legel to smoke at an established location on 420!. some friends of mine went to boston common in boston for a big smoke in!. why can you do this w/o being arrested!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

it is most certainly still illegal to smoke on 420!. However some liberal areas of the country will "turn a blind eye" today, however it's still usually not the case!. In NYC for instance, they usually hold a march/rally for legalization of marijuana on 4/20 and people usually just think it's a free for all!. Last time anyone I know attended, there were arrests being made left and right!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
