Any southern comfort drinkers out there?
What do you prefer to drink it with (if anything). I have been drinking it with lemonade but want some new ideas

I like it with lemonade. As i work in a pub, i have also seem people drinks it with apple juice, cranberry juice, coke, ginger ale, tonic water or just on it's own!
drink it with fond memories of the last time when you promised yourself with all your heart that youre never doing this again.

I drink it with coke and a slice of lemon. Some people think it's too sweet but I like it.
It's OK on its own
I only drink it with lemondade or plain ice. have had it with cola as well but didn't like it.
Straight on ice or with coke is my favourite.
I love it. I tend to just drink it straight.
However I do have some good cocktail recipes for Southern Comfort.
Here's a good one to sip on a summer evening under the stars after diner.
"Southern Comfort Strawberry Frappe"
3/4 oz. Southern Comfort
3/4 oz. Strawberry Liqueur
Orange peel and slice of lemon
Stir Southern Comfort and strawberry liqueur without ice. Pour over crushed ice into deep-saucer champagne glass. Twist orange peel above drink and drop into glass. Add lemon slice.
One of my all time favorites to have at the beach is the "Georgia Peach"
3/4 oz Southern Comfort
1 oz Peach Schnapps
4 oz Orange juice
1 dash grenadine syrup
In a highball glass filled with ice, add Southern Comfort, peach schnapps and fill with orange juice. Stir. Top with a dash of grenadine. Garnish with cherry and serve.
Southern Comfort also goes perfectly with cranberry juice. Extremely simple yet delicious.
"Scarlett O'Hara"
2 oz Southern Comfort
6 oz Cranberry juice
1 lime wedge
Pour 2 oz. Southern Comfort over ice in an 8 oz. glass. Fill with cranberry juice. Squeeze one wedge of lime into drink. Stir and serve.
Used to like it with coke and ice.

i am looking for new ideas too, i am glad i came across this question, ty! i am going to try it with lemondae, do you use powdered lemonade or the frozen kind?
i drink mine with ice....& sometimes with ice & a squeeze of lime.

With lemonade, eh? Never heard of that! I always have a "SoCo with Ginger" Couple shots in a glass of gingerale, a few cubes of ice, and squeeze a slice o' lime in.
so co+club soda+lime juice or switch out the club soda for diet 7up or diet sprite regular soda makes it to sweet!
