Im 14 and i drank once?!
i was curious and i had a shot of jack Daniels will that at all affect anything at all it was horrible so im never doing that again but im wondering if its going to have any effects!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Alcohol is metabolized by your body quickly!. If you took 1 shot, it was out of your system within a few hours, most likely!. Pot, and some other drugs can take weeks to get out of your system!. The reason why would be a really boring chemistry lecture!.
So, unless you slipped and really hit your head after you took that shot, there will be no lasting effects!.

Molly is totally correct!. The only thing that I might add, that any effects would only last the day!. If you passed out, or blacked out, you may have a little memory loss, but that wouldn't last more than the day!. Or if you drank too much, you might feel sick to your stomach or vomit, but again, it wouldn't last too long after you drank!. Good luckWww@FoodAQ@Com

No effect!. Booze is not that bad for you!. They say you get brain damage if you drink when you're young because your brain is still developing!. Now a days what doesn't give you brain damage!. It's just the government telling you a bunch of lies to keep the peace!. Just think, your Granada grew up in a house painted with lead paint, breathed polluted air (no pollution laws) and played with mercury from thermometers!. I'm sure he either lived a long and happy life or is still alive and going strong down in Florida!.
