Australian wine superior to american wine?!

Question:

Australian wine superior to american wine?

What is it that makes Australian wine so superior to american wine?

Answers:
It's not. Australia wines that out sell US and French wines Are Mass produced and Dumbed down for the common market. It's like the equivalence of Twinkies to cake. Sells well because most people are to cheap and don't know any better. As they say the truth hurts.

I didn't know that. I always thought that Australian wines were OK MOR wines and that the only advantage they may have over American wines was based upon the customers perception of value at a given price point.

I would say your question is too broad there are a lot of fabulous Australian and American wines but there are also a lot of terrible ones for both countries.

whoa there mate..
Aussie wines are good, but there are more American wine labels that have won significant awards.

Australia has the best wine in the world try a brand that has Botrytis grapes it is expensive and taste like no other wine i have ever tasted before not recommened to get drunk on but it is worth it: the price is about $25 for 375ml and that australian dollars to get it overseas would cost megabucks

get the orginal of either country origin product.
anything original of any product is always good!
sad to say but there should not be of problem if it is produced and made in another country, just labeled according to the brand.
