depends on how u feel , if ur stomach is upset burnt toast works brillcant remember wat its called but the burned black of the toast conteracts the upset stomach i swear , dont taste very good but a drink to wash away the taste and no big deal better than sick belly, if its ur head plenty of water as alchol deydrates u so u need water and plenty of it with something light to eat ,, to help prevent hand over drink some water between drinks and have a glass of water b4 going to bed ,,Www@FoodAQ@Com

Prevention:
Food before drinking and Vitamin B, such as Emergen-c
Water through out the evening!.
Avoid sugary drinks!.
If drinking a lot, food before I fall asleep!.

Cure:
Electrolytes, water, and Vitamin B!. Gatorade works (or at least worked before they started making it with high fructose corn syrup; use the powder!.) In the "health food" section of your grocery store there should be some sports drinks with out a lot of processed sugars!. If you have a Japanese store around, here is the ultimate: Pocari Sweat!. It has a blue and silver label!. You will start to feel better within a half hour!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
