Sloe gin is wonderful!. You pick the sloes in Sept/OCt, wash and prick a hole in each one and add them to a half a bottle of gin with some sugar to taste!. When you have drunk the slow gin you can dip the fruit in chocolate and let set - wonderful!Www@FoodAQ@Com
