yes, it's liquor.

very safe....sounds like a party

of course! liquors are aged into perfection.

the longer liquor ages the better and smoother it gets. thats why a 12 year old scotch costs 55 dollars for a fifth, and a 6 year old scotch costs 25 dollars for a fifth. it all is very safe. just dont drink the saki, its nasty.

No send them to me for proper disposal.

everything except for the vermouth will be fine (no changes at all) they actually do not age in the glass bottles that you have. age refers to the length of time that it was in casks which impart flavor and allow for evaporation.
Vermouth tends to go bad in 6-12 months by bad im saying developed an off flavor not spoiled. Its just fine for cooking with though Try a white clam sauce or cook down and add to a cream to tomato base sauce or soup. This recipe is great but it wont help you get rid of much (you could use more liquor if you please)

Note that liquors do spoil if (a) the seal leaks air (b) they are left for decades. After the USSR split up, they found Joe Stalin's wine cellar (yes, such a socialist) full of thousands of bottles of French wine and champagne and good Scotch whiskey--all spoiled.

We Americans would never allow good liquor to sit long enough to degrade like that.

Don't take chances, just send them all to me for proper disposal...Just kidding.
The gin, tequila, schnapps should have no problem if the bottles were caped shut well. Test the others to check condition as the vermouths and saki could go flat as it has less alcohol. But I doubt you'll have any problems with it.

Hell yeah like they said the older the better
