It's bad to inhale any kind of smoke. Lungs are for inhaling air. Anything other than air is bad. Yet I still smoke cigarettes. Save yourself the shortness of breath, nasty cough and constant sickness. Find another nasty habit. By the way, I guess most people feel nausiated when they inhale cigars. Or so I've heard.
most people do not inhale cigar or pipe smoke. cigarettes are inhaled, and people who used to smoke cigarettes and have moved on to cigars or pipes usually inhale from habit, but for the most part no you don't inhale the smoke just puff it. yes it can cause cancer since it's not inhaled into the lungs lung cancer is less prevalent in cigar or pipe smokers, but oral cancers are still a major threat.
