Question:

things that are to be mixed must be easily available around.

Answers:
There are many nice cocktails to be made from whisky but when making at home, simplicity is the key. Here are several recipes that will work for you...

Lynchburg Lemonade
40ml Jack Daniel's no.7
20ml Cointreau or Triple Sec
20ml Fresh Lemon Juice (not packaged pancake lemon juice)
*stir all vigorously in a tall glass with ice*
*add more ice to fill glass*
Top with Lemonade
*garnish with several lemon wedges or slices*

Old Fashioned
*Lightly crush a slice of orange and a maraschino cherry in a tumbler*
Add 2 heaped tsp of sugar and 3 dashes of angostura bitters
Add 40ml Kentucky straight Bourbon
Add 3 ice cubes and start stirring, when the sugar is mostly dissolved add 3 more ice cubes and another 20ml Bourbon
Keep stirring - you want the ice to melt some
When the sugar has all dissolved fill the glass with ice, stir once more and garnish with an orange zest (thinly sliced from the outside of the fruit and squeezed over the drink)
Serve and sip for a great whisky drink.
