That's a pretty cheap wine, I doubt you've damaged it by putting it in the fridge!.
That said, the best temperature for wines is cellar temp -- around 55F!. Lower temps tend to mute the flavor, whereas higher temps turn the wine offensive!. So, fridge is better than a cabinet next to the stove (assuming you bother to cook)!.
I would suggest you drink it!. Rosemount was never intended to be aged, rather it is a ready to drink wine!. An expensive cabernet is something worth aging, as it is young when released and should be matured!. Rosemount, on the other hand, will not improve noticeably in flavor with age and will likely spoil before any significant change could occur!. You get what you pay for sorta thing!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You're not suppose to store wine in a refrigerator for extended periods of time!. 56 degrees is an ideal cellaring temperature!. It should still be ok to drink though!. You do need to let a breathe and warm closer to room temp before drinking it though!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Red wine shouldnt be kept in the fridge!. It should be stored and served at room temp!.
However it should be ok to drink, take it out and let it come down to room temp before you open it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
