No, everclear and moonshine are not the same. I will leave a link to where you can buy everyclear online at mission liquors. A warning though. Everclear is taistless and odorless so consume it with caution. People have died putting it into jello-shots.

You can purchase it any liquor store. Simple as that.
If you are over the age of 21 you can find it at the liquor store. No it is not the same as moonshine. When you do find it, you will wish you hadn't because it's nasty.

In some states it is illegal..
if it is not in your go to a liquor store not a grocery that sells liquor..
and no it is not the same as moonshine it is an actual liquor name brand and wherever you drink you better not drive home it is very potent stuff
It depends on where you live. It's not legal in some states. I know that you can get it in West Virginia and Kentucky, but I'm not sure on anywhere else. It's not moonshine, moonshine is made illegally and has a higher alcohol content.

That stuff is 95% alcohol, I go to scool in ohio and know it is illegal there, but I live like 5 mins from KY and I go there to buy it when I do. I would suggest mixing it, like in jello shots or koolaide, but be careful with it. Don't kill anybody.

Everclear is pure grain alcohol. It's manufactured by a licensed distiller and purified until it's almost pure alcohol. One shot of the stuff intoxicates as much as two beers.
Moonshine is corn whiskey brewed and distilled by a backwoods scofflaw. There is no guarantee of quality or purity, alcohol content is inconsistent, and the only reason to drink it is to feel like you're some whoop deal because it's illegal--certainly not for the flavor or intoxicating effects, all of which are better obtained from the professionals.
