normally i just drop the pants and let fly, i didnt know these people were televising this event now
okay, eat something like bananas, or something else with fiber (that way they are not soggy/soft). Let it digest for a few hours. When you feel the need, **** (but do it at home because otherwise it isn't homemade). Bon apetite!?
