What are the ingredients in Baileys?!

Well, they don't actually have to list the ingredients in alcoholic beverages!. I do have a bottle here and there's no ingredient list!. All it really says is that its "a natural marriage of fresh Irish cream, the finest of spirits and Irish whiskey!."Www@FoodAQ@Com

The basic ingredients are - water, cream, an emulsifier like milk protein, alcohol (which will be made up from a grain spirit & Irish whiskey) and flavours which Baileys say are chocolate and vanilla!.
there will not be an ingredient declaration as per food products because alcoholic drinks are exempt from a full ingredients declaration!.
There may also be other things in there to add a bit of mouth feel i!.e a starch but the basic ingredients of any cream liqueur are as per above!.
There are two flavour varients along side the standard chocolate these are caramel and mint, and Baileys have now launched a coffee flavour but this is only available in world duty free at the moment and will probibly only roll out to other outlets by the end of the year if sales are successful!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
