Is there a scientific reason why draft beer taste so much better than a bottle, or is it in my mind?!
Answers:
Geeee, Lets see if mine makes better sense :)
Bottled beer has preservaties in it so it can sit on a shelf or storage area longer!.
Kegged beer useually has little preservatives due to its high sell rate to bars and weekend college warriorsWww@FoodAQ@Com

It's all got to do with the air and liquid flow from the ceg!.!.!.!.if done right!. If not, and the ceg lines are dirty, the beer will taste like they have been hooked up to the urinal!Www@FoodAQ@Com
There's no scientific reason but there's plenty of plausible factors such as rotation, storage, and the specific beer in question!. A fresh bottled beer stored properly should taste more or less just as good as its fresh kegged counter part!.
EDIT:
Bottled beer does not have to be pasteurized by law, nor does kegged beer!. I have a fridge full of evidence to debunk that nonsense!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
