Margarita Recipes?!

Question:

Margarita Recipes?

I am having some friends over Saturday evening, and we have all decided that we would like to have Margaritas. The problem is , that I have always made margaritas from mix at the bars that I used to work at (they were always pre-made and all I had to do was add tequila and triple sec.)

Can anyone give me some recipes that have been tried before. I don't really care what flavors, I like traditional as well as berry flavors (raspberry), and I wouldn't mind trying a few others.

Thanks in advance

Tips For Great Margaritas:
-Enter Lonestar or Hard Rock Cafe and order the first margarita on the menu (even if it's $15) You'll be happy you did
-Drink rapidly through a straw
-Order a second round then stumble back to your hotel after discovering Starbucks is closed

Follow these steps and you're in for a great night :D

One part tequila (you can go cheap on this, surprisingly...)
One part brandy (you'll thank me when you try it... of course you can use Cognac, or Argmagnac, or even Calvados if you really have taste)
One part Grand Marnier (this is the critical part... trust me, don't go cheap on this citrus liqueur; it's the most important part. Cointreau also goes well, but really doesn't have the same aromatic flavor that Grand Marnier has. You think I'm bullshitting, but try them side-by-side; they have totally different flavors... no cheating here with Triple Sec or Orange Cura?ao!)
One-half part fresh lime juice.
One-half part quality sour mix. (No neon yellow stuff, please. You may have to go to an upscale liquor store to find a proper sour mix, but you'll be glad you did. Trust me!)
Pinch of salt. Very little will go a long way... alternatively, rim the glass with the lime then course salt.
Mix with 3-4 ice cubes in a shaker and shake like you mean it. Pour contents into an old fashioned and bring to taste with lemon-lime soda like Sprite or 7-Up. Like I said, trust me.

If you want something else they have every flavor.... margaritas are basic and you can't really mess it up...

really simple...one shot tequila-half a shot of triple sec-3 shots of margarita mix or sour mix-one shot of rose's lime juice. shake and pour over ice. dip the rim of your glass in lime juice and dip it in salt or sugar-pre-filling the glass.
