Can I make a bottle of red wine keep?
I just opened up nice bottle of chianti only to have someone cancel at the last minute
I can't drink it all myself tonight, is there a way I can save it until tomorrow night?

If you don't have a bottle stop and the the cork is still Ok you can push part of it back in. If not you could wrap plastic wrap around the top and put a rubber band around the plastic. You need to try to keep air out. Either way it will only have a day or two of life left.
