Has to be 'Dow's' '85 vintage old boy!. Spicy and full of tannins!. Drinking beautifully at the moment!. Try with 'Cropwell Bishop's' organic stilton!. Divine combination old chap!. Must pop down to 'Lay & Wheeler' for a case of 'Krohn's' '58!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
