First, alcohol is a depressant and can, therefore, make you sleepy!.
Now, I don't know about you, but for me, energy drinks don't wake me up or give me energy!. They just make it very difficult to fall asleep!. I will still be tired and sleepy and want to keep my eyes closed, but the actual falling asleep part will be impossible!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
