Answers:
My sister's birthday is May 5th, and we always throw a big Cinco de Mayo party to celebrate. This year we are making Patron drinks, each using a different Patron product. All have been tested and are really good. My favorites, as you will see are the Gran Patrón Margarita (with a sugar rim on the glass, it's DELICIOUS!!!) and the Hawaiian Plantation Cooler.

Have fun. Hope this helps.

Patrón Island Tini
1 oz. Patrón A?ejo
1/2 oz. Mango Rum
1/2 oz. Coconut Rum
1/2 oz. Pineapple Juice
2 Mint Leaves
1 Lemon squeeze
1/4 oz. Simple Syrup

Combine ingredients in mixing glass w/ ice. Shake vigorously and strain into martini glass. Garnish: Pineapple Wedge

Gran Patrón Margarita (my favorite)
2 oz Gran Patrón
1 oz Citrónge
Fresh lime juice
100 year old Grand Marnier
Lime wedge (for garnish)

Method: Combine Gran Patrón, Citrónge, and lime juice in a highball glass with ice.
Top with 100-year-old Grand Marnier. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Patrón Mango Lemonade (can be done with any syrup. Try red passionfruit and kiwi together)
1 oz. Patrón Reposado
1 1/2 oz. Monin Mango Syrup
3 Lemon Squeezes

Combine Patrón Reposado, Mango Syrup and 2 Lemon squeezes in mixing glass w/ ice. Shake vigorously and strain into glass w/ ice. Garnish: Lemon Squeeze & Mango Slice

Patrón Melon Bull
1 oz Patrón Silver
1/2 oz Patrón Citrónge
1 oz Watermelon Schnapps
3 oz Red Bull
Top with Champagne
Cherry

Method: In a mixing tin half-full of ice, combine Patrón Silver, Citrónge, and Watermelon Schnapps. After letting the mixture chill, strain into a champagne glass. Then add Red Bull and Champagne; top with a cherry.

Nutty White Mexican
1 1/2 oz Patrón XO Cafe
2 big squeezes of creamed coconut
1 oz Heavy Cream
1/4 or 1/2 oz Vanilla Extract (big dash)
Slices or shavings of fresh coconut for garnish

Method: Combine ingredients into a mixing tin full of ice. Shake well and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with fresh coconut shavings.

Hawaiian Plantation Cooler (another fave of mine)
1 1/2oz Pyrat XO
1/2oz Citrónge Liqueur
1 1/2 oz Fresh sweet and sour
1/2 oz simple syrup
1/2 slice of peeled pineapple
Ginger Ale

Method: shake all ingredients (except g. ale) then add the ginger ale and pour over ice.
Garnish: fresh mint sprig and crystallized ginger.

Pyrat's Sin
1/2 oz Pyrat Cask 23
1/2oz Grand Marnier Cent Cinquantenaire (150th Anniversary)
1 sugar cube soaked with 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters.
Champagne

Method: place the cube in a chilled champagne glass, add Pyrat Cask 23 and the orange liqueur. Fill up with chilled brut-style champagne.
Garnish: lemon peel and slice of strawberry

Pyrát Reserve Tea
1 oz. Pyrát XO Reserve
1/2 oz. Citrónge Liqueur

Patron drinker

straight is the best way to go, but mix it with a little grapefruit juice works too

Orange Juice and Grenadine mixed with it makes a tequila sunrise but I would just stick with shots.

Patron is a shot only drink, with a beer chaser

for cheaper tequilas I think a great mixer is catus cooler soda, its a pineapple & orange soda made by coke.

Most people I know who drink Patron only drink it as a shot. Mixing Patron with anything is generally considered a form of blasphemy.

Come on Amigo DONT mix it use other brand a cheaper try
this tall glass full of ice pour 2oz. of tequila coca cola squeeze some lime juice and salt if its too sweet with all the coke go half soda water half soda / lime and salt make the same drink with Patron and another brand like Hornitos/Herradura/ etc. and be sure both are either white or reposado and it will taste the same but any way DONT mix it only limon y sal

When I drink a mixed drink with Tequila I would mix it with straight tonic, throw a lime in there and ask the bartender to throw salt on top of the drink..in the glass, kindve on the ice. Its awesome.

I would rather shoot the patron, but if you have too. Try a tequila sunrise with it.
