Can a person, under the age of 21, transport a person, 21 or over who has alcohol?!

It has been said already, but bears repeating!.!.!. It depends on the state!. Liquor control laws are set by the state government not the federal!. This has resulted in variances from state to state!.!.!. and even from county to county on some issues!.
