first drink water then drink water mixed with baking soda, that cleans you out!. The water is fro hydrating the brain as it does expand when dehydrated and rubs on your skull causing the headaches!. Then slam a cold bottle of v8 juice!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.some poepl eat on hangovers and others eat a ewhole lot!. i tend to eat like six times a day!.

What I usually do is drink lots of water, eat some food, and sleep! If you've got a headache too, take tylenol, not aspirin! If that doesnt help, here's some other ideas!.!.!.!.

drink about 2 or 3 pints of water before bed! If you still feel rough in the morning either try hair of the dog (drink another beer, or a shot of tequila if you can manage it - it works for me) or alka seltzer!. Those dissolvable tablets work wonders on the worst of hangovers for me!. also i find a cold can of coke goes down wellWww@FoodAQ@Com
