Question:

Does vodka have more potent effect in hotter temps?

last week i drank about a water bottle of it and im 130 pounds and 14. this usually just gets me drunk im still fine fully functional. but it was 80 degrees out that day for the first time of the year and i was drinking. i dont know if this has more effects because of the heat. and i am allegic to pollen and they were cutting grass that probly has nothing to do with it.

Answers:
You got it right. The heat dehydrates you, and so does the booze. Between those two, no wonder you got looped! (Insert sentence about not drinking at your age) But if you really want to, make sure to intersperse the drinking with water or Gatorade to keep your good fluid levels up.

The heat would have made you dehydrated - and that woukd have made you feel more pissed.

Your body will absorb alcohol faster at high temperatures. Your metabolism increases when you are hotter or more physically active. Being drunk is not fully functional, but a drunk would think he is because he's drunk.
