By the time I've had four or five of those I'm ready to remove the plastic sword that skewers the fruit and do battle with my closest bar neighbor. Ahhh, good times...

Depends on the bar or club and the mood I'm in.

The simpler the drink the less likely they are to do it wrong. When I go out I tend to stick to mixed drinks that only have one or two liquors in them. Or most of the time I just order the liquor straight.

Some basic types of cocktails I'd recommend are. Martinis, Margaritas, Mists, Whiskey sours, and the like.
