Without digging I can't think of any brewery that really cashes in on the purity of their water!. With that said most water used for brewing is more or less pure in its own right but in some cases various water profiles are more desirable such as hard water!.
In England one water profile is so wildy popular worldwide (Burton upon Trent's hard water) that the salts used to mix the water are now commonly known as Burton water salts, or Burtonized water in general!. An example of a beer using this water profile would be Pedigree by Marstons, Thompson & Evershed, Plc!.

I'd also assume that people are right in stating that the Trappist beers or Belgian beers in general go for pure mountain or river water but I'd also assume that a lot of German and Czech beers use the same or similar water!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
