Absinthe is very high, but not legal everywhere in the world!. If you can obtain it, though (it's legal here in the UK) you're looking at around 70% contnent!. That's about as high as you'll get, really!. It has a very distinctive aniseed flavour, which really isn't to everyone's taste!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
